What is available at the GEP?
Kurnai College Secondary School
Has a campus at the GEP which provides Year 11 and Year 12 students with the option of undertaking either a VCE , VCAL or a VET Program. Flexible pathways enable students to undertake subjects from different courses and with the guidance of qualified careers advisors, find a learning pathway which meets their needs and abilities.
Provides courses in Nursing, Sport & Recreation, Fitness, Massage, Multi Media and Event Management, from this site. A defined Pathway enables GippsTAFE Nursing students to make a smooth transition to Nursing degree courses at Monash.
Apprenticeship Group Australia (Gippsland Group Training)
Operates a modern Technology Centre on the GEP campus which trains automotive apprentices for a Certificate III in Automotive. It also provides VET training for Secondary students in automotive studies.
Delivers a range of undergraduate and post graduate courses through eight faculties located at the Churchill site. Students at Kurnai College have the opportunity to access the facilities of the University such as Library and Student Union and thereby become familiar with the University environment.
Fully qualified Careers teachers provide students with personal advice and guidance in choosing the appropriate pathway of studies in order to achieve their ultimate career outcome.
